【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，包括大堂、走廊、电梯、洗手间等区域的卫生清洁；
2、定期检查并维护酒店公共区域的设施设备，确保其正常运行，发现问题及时报修；
3、按照酒店标准操作流程，使用专业清洁工具和药剂，确保清洁效果符合卫生与安全要求；
4、协助处理突发性清洁任务，如地面水渍、污渍的紧急清理，确保公共区域环境整洁；
5、负责垃圾的分类与清运工作，保持垃圾存放区域的清洁与卫生；
6、配合其他部门完成临时安排的清洁或维护任务，确保酒店整体环境的整洁与美观；
7、遵守酒店的安全与环保规定，合理使用清洁用品，避免浪费与污染。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，能适应体力劳动，具备较强的责任心和吃苦耐劳精神；
2、具备基本的清洁工具使用知识，有相关工作经验者优先；
3、具有良好的服务意识，能够主动发现并解决公共区域的卫生问题；
4、能够适应轮班工作制，包括早班、晚班及节假日值班；
5、无不良嗜好，工作细致认真，服从管理安排；
6、具备团队合作精神，能与同事良好沟通协作。
