【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店总机电话的接听,确保来电及时。
2、处理客人的电话咨询、投诉及需求,提供专业、礼貌的服务,并做好相关记录;
3、协助前台完成部分行政事务,如信息录入、资料整理等;
4、熟悉酒店各部门职能及服务项目,为客人提供准确的信息指引;
5、配合其他部门完成临时性工作任务,确保酒店运营顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、普通话标准,具备良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧;
2、具备较强的服务意识,能够耐心、细致地处理客人需求;
3、能适应倒班工作制(含夜班),具备一定的抗压能力;
4、熟练使用办公软件(如Word、Excel等),具备基础电脑操作能力;
5、有酒店总机或客服相关工作经验者优先,无经验者可接受培训上岗。
