【岗位职责】
1、负责凉菜间的日常菜品制作，包括原料处理、切配、调味、装盘等工作，确保出品质量符合酒店标准；
2、根据菜单要求，按时完成凉菜制作，保证出菜速度和菜品新鲜度；
3、定期研发新式凉菜，结合季节性和市场需求调整菜品结构；
4、严格把控食品安全与卫生标准，确保凉菜间操作符合酒店及行业规范；
5、协助厨房其他岗位完成备餐工作，确保整体出餐效率；
6、负责凉菜间设备及工具的日常维护与清洁，保持工作区域整洁有序。
【岗位要求】
1、具备凉菜制作基础技能，熟悉常见凉菜的制作工艺及调味技巧；
2、对食材新鲜度、卫生标准有较高敏感度，能严格执行食品安全规范；
3、具备一定的创新能力，能够根据需求设计新菜品；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应酒店餐饮行业的工作节奏；
5、有团队协作意识，能与厨房其他岗位高效配合；
6、无学历及工作经验硬性要求，但需通过实操考核。
