【岗位职责】
1、负责厨房食材的清洗、切配、分装等基础准备工作，确保食材符合卫生标准；
2、协助厨师完成菜品制作过程中的辅助工作，如备料、装盘、摆盘等；
3、维护厨房区域的清洁卫生，包括设备、工具、台面及地面的日常清洁与消毒；
4、按照要求进行食材的存储与管理，确保食材新鲜、分类明确；
5、遵守食品安全规范及操作流程，配合完成厨房日常运营任务；
6、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有有效健康证；
2、具备基本的厨房操作常识，愿意学习并适应快节奏工作环境；
3、吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能适应早晚班及节假日排班；
4、注重团队协作，服从工作安排；
5、有相关厨房辅助工作经验者优先，无经验可培训上岗。
