【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店中餐厨房的日常炒锅工作，确保菜品出品质量稳定、口味纯正；
2、根据菜单要求，独立完成各类中式热菜的烹饪，包括炒、爆、熘、炸等技法；
3、协助厨师长研发新菜品，定期更新菜单，提升菜品创新性与竞争力；
4、严格把控食材使用，合理控制成本，减少浪费；
5、保持厨房操作区域的卫生整洁，遵守食品安全与卫生标准；
6、配合团队完成大型宴会、VIP接待等特殊任务的菜品制作；
7、定期维护和保养厨房设备，确保其正常运转。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的中式烹饪基本功，熟悉各类炒锅技法及调味原理；
2、能适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力与团队协作意识；
3、对食材特性有基本认知，能根据季节调整烹饪方式；
4、有责任心，工作细致，注重菜品呈现与口感的一致性；
5、持有健康证，无食品行业从业禁忌疾病；
6、有酒店或高端餐饮行业经验者优先
