【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，包括大堂、走廊、电梯、洗手间等区域的清扫、拖地、除尘及消毒；
2、定期对公共区域的地毯、墙面、玻璃等进行深度清洁，确保环境整洁美观；
3、及时补充公共区域的卫生用品（如洗手液、纸巾等），并检查设施设备的完好性，发现问题及时报修；
4、按照酒店卫生标准操作流程执行工作，确保清洁质量符合行业规范；
5、协助处理突发性清洁任务，如 spills（液体泼洒）或特殊活动后的场地清理；
6、合理使用清洁工具和化学药剂，做好设备维护与耗材管理。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，能适应站立工作及体力劳动，无传染性疾病；
2、具备基本的清洁工具使用常识，有酒店或物业保洁经验者优先；
3、工作细致认真，责任心强，能主动发现并处理卫生问题；
4、服从管理安排，具备团队协作意识，适应轮班制（含早晚班）；
5、无需相关工作经验或学历要求，提供岗前培训。
