【岗位职责】
1、负责中餐厅各类菜品的烹饪制作，确保出品质量符合酒店标准
2、根据菜单要求准备食材，合理控制食材成本，减少浪费
3、保持厨房工作区域整洁卫生，严格执行食品安全操作规范
4、参与新菜品研发，定期更新菜单，提升顾客用餐体验
5、协助厨房主管完成日常备餐、出餐及厨房管理工作
6、维护保养厨房设备，确保设备正常运转
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的中餐烹饪基本功，熟悉鲁菜、川菜等主流菜系
2、能够独立完成热菜、冷菜、面点等各类中式菜品的制作
3、了解食材特性，掌握刀工、火候等烹饪技巧
4、具有良好的卫生意识和食品安全知识
5、能适应酒店餐饮行业的工作节奏，具备团队合作精神
6、有星级酒店或大型餐饮企业工作经验者优先
