【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内外安全巡查工作，及时发现并处理安全隐患，确保酒店财产及客人安全
2、监控酒店各区域安防系统，包括但不限于监控设备、消防设施等，确保其正常运行
3、维护酒店出入口秩序，对进出人员进行登记核查，防止无关人员进入酒店区域
4、协助处理突发事件，包括但不限于火灾、医疗急救、治安事件等，并按规定程序上报
5、配合相关部门完成VIP接待、大型活动等特殊场合的安全保障工作
6、做好值班记录及交接班工作，确保信息传递准确及时
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，无犯罪记录，具备良好的职业道德和责任心
2、具备基本的安全防范意识和突发事件处理能力
3、能够适应倒班工作制（含夜班），吃苦耐劳
4、有酒店安保工作经验或退伍军人优先考虑
5、具备基础的消防知识及设备操作能力者优先
6、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
