【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店房务部门的运营管理工作，包括前厅、客房、公区等部门的日常运营
2、制定并执行房务部门的年度预算、工作计划及运营标准
3、监督房务部门服务质量，确保达到酒店品牌标准
4、优化房务工作流程，提高工作效率和客户满意度
5、负责房务部门员工培训、绩效考核及团队建设
6、协调与其他部门的合作，确保酒店整体运营顺畅
7、处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护酒店声誉
【岗位要求】
1、具备优秀的酒店房务管理能力和丰富的实践经验
2、熟悉酒店房务部门各项业务流程及标准
3、出色的团队管理和领导能力，能够有效激励员工
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力
5、能够承受工作压力，适应弹性工作时间
6、对酒店行业有热情，注重细节和服务品质
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：35-45岁
