【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作，完成公司下达的销售任务；
2、开发并维护客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系，提升客户满意度；
3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定有效的销售策略，提高市场份额；
4、参与销售活动的策划与执行，包括推广方案、促销计划等；
5、定期提交销售报告，反馈市场信息及客户需求，协助优化销售政策。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户管理经验，能独立完成销售目标；
2、良好的沟通协调能力及谈判技巧，能够高效处理客户关系；
3、对酒店行业有一定了解，熟悉销售流程及市场运作模式；
4、具备较强的抗压能力及团队合作精神，适应快节奏工作环境；
5、有酒店销售经验者优先，无经验者可接受系统培训。
