【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店前台日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续及换房等业务；
2、准确处理客人预订信息，确保系统数据及时更新；
3、解答客人咨询，提供酒店服务、设施及周边旅游信息；
4、处理客人投诉及突发事件，及时上报并跟进解决；
5、协助财务核对每日账目，确保现金、票据交接无误；
6、保持前台区域整洁有序，维护酒店专业形象；
7、完成上级安排的其他临时性工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、形象端正，亲和力强，具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力；
2、能适应倒班工作制（含夜班），具备较强的抗压能力；
3、基础电脑操作熟练，掌握Office办公软件；
4、普通话流利，具备基础英语交流能力者优先；
5、有酒店前台或服务行业经验者优先，无经验可培训上岗；
6、工作细致耐心，具备团队协作精神及应急处理能力。
