【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店财务管理工作，包括会计核算、资金管理、税务申报及成本控制
2、组织编制年度财务预算，监督预算执行情况并进行财务分析
3、建立健全财务管理制度和内控流程，确保财务工作合规性
4、审核各类财务报表，确保数据准确性和及时性
5、统筹税务筹划工作，合理控制税务风险
6、负责与银行、税务、审计等外部机构的沟通协调
【岗位要求】
1、财务、会计等相关专业背景，持有中级会计师职称者优先
2、5年以上财务工作经验，其中2年以上酒店行业财务管理经验
3、熟悉酒店行业财务运作特点及国家财税法规
4、精通财务软件及办公软件操作，具备较强的数据分析能力
5、具备优秀的团队管理能力和跨部门协调能力
6、工作严谨细致，具备良好的职业操守和抗压能力
