【岗位职责】
1、负责餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作，确保服务流程规范高效；
2、热情接待顾客，主动介绍菜品及酒水，提供专业的点餐建议，提升顾客用餐体验；
3、及时响应顾客需求，处理用餐过程中的问题，确保顾客满意度；
4、保持餐厅环境整洁，定期检查餐具、桌椅等设施的摆放与卫生状况；
5、协助完成每日盘点工作，确保餐具、布草等物品的完好与充足；
6、配合团队完成上级安排的其他临时性工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能够以热情、耐心的态度对待顾客；
2、身体健康，形象端正，能够适应站立式工作及早晚班轮班制度；
3、具备团队协作精神，服从工作安排，责任心强；
4、有餐饮服务经验者优先，无经验者可提供岗前培训；
5、能够适应节假日及客流高峰期的加班安排。
