工作职责：1.Ensure that the overall revenue of the hotel is directed to high revenue channels, and ensure that the hotel profit targets are achieved.确保酒店整体收入导向高收益渠道，确保酒店利润指标达成。2.Ensure the stability of the hotel price system and maximize revenue.确保酒店价格体系稳定，收益可视化。3.Ensure revenue projections are aligned with the hotel strategy.确保收入预测和酒店战略相一致。4.Liaise closely with General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure sales activities are directed to high revenue channels.与总经理、市场销售总监紧密沟通，确保各项销售活动导向高收益渠道。5.Work closely with all revenue departments to ensure that revenue targets are met.与各收入部门紧密沟通，确保达成收入指标。6.To ensure that the general manager receives the most accurate market analysis, revenue forecast and optimal revenue matching.确保总经理得到最准确的市场分析，收入预测及收入配比。7.Build relationships with OTA and wholesaler channel customers to expand the revenue of the hotel‘s individual customer market.与OTA和批发商渠道客户建立良好关系，扩大酒店散客市场的收益。任职资格：.Required Qualifications 任职要求：1.More than 3 years working experience in data analysis/revenue management, OTA industry and high star hotel project experience is preferred;3年以上数据分析/收益管理工作经验，OTA 行业及高星酒店项目经验优先；2.Strong business analysis ability, proficient in data mining and business analysis related knowledge, proficient in a variety of data analysis tools;具备较强的经营分析能力，熟练掌握数据挖掘与经营分析的相关知识，掌握多种数据分析工具；3.Have strong statistical analysis ability, communication ability, analysis and problem solving ability.具备较强的统计分析能力、沟通能力、分析与解决问题的能力。
