Major Functions

主要职能

 

Responsible for the high standards ofcleanliness in all Public Areas during shift and visits all areas frequentlyand in proper way during shift

确保公共区域的高度清洁保养,并随时检查

 

Specific Duties

具体职责

 

  1. Reading shiftleader hand over book before start working, and arrange work by handover andfollow up.

    上班前认真阅读PA主管交接本,根据交接本上的交接合理安排工作,并对上个班次交接的工作进行跟踪

     

  2. Check banquet eventorder and VIP activity arrange work by the activity.

    上班认真阅读会议记录和VIP活动记录,并根据记录合理安排工作

     

  3. Holds briefingswith PA attendants and check attendants grooming and propriety.

    给员工开例会,在开会前认真查检员工的仪容仪表,礼貌礼节

     

  4. Deliver importantinformation to attendants and arrange work of information

    在开会时给酒店重要的信息,并做好工作安排

     

  5. Check all PA areaand fill “PA SHIFT LEADER CHECK LIST” carefully after briefings.

    开例会后,PA区域认真检查,并认真的填写PA主管工作表

     

  6. Check allattendants working quality and working quantity and working procedure

    在查检工作时,认真检查员工的工作质量和工作数量,员工的工作的操作程序

     

  7. Check banquet eventactivity and  business area and arrangework flexibility by the actually

    对会议活动和各营业性区域进行检查,并根据活动和营业的时间对工作进行合理的安排

     

  8. Reports and followsup on any maintenance requirements in close co-operation with Engineeringdepartment, and ensure that they are remedied promptly.

    同工程部密切合作,汇报并跟踪维修工作的进展,以便能及时完成维修任务

     

  9. Ensures that staffuses and maintains cleaning equipment and machines in a proper way. Cleaningequipment and machine are to be stored and good working condition.

    保证员工妥当使用和保养设备,并维持清洁设备干净和工作正常的使用状态

     

  10. Ensures that supplies for Public Area arereplenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are beingfollowed.

    确保本部门的供应能及时补充到位,部门和酒店的规章制度都.

     

  11. Checks associates are neat and well presentedat all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage.

    检查员工的仪容仪表。并保证员工能够正确使用化学药品, 尽可能减少浪费

     

  12. Responsible for strict key control

    负责钥匙的管理    

     

  13. Ensure the flowers and plants in goodconditions, report to Executive Housekeeper if find any problems and inform thesupplier to change it in time

    确保鲜花和植物的状态良好,如需更换,报告行政管家通知花房更换

     

  14. Ensure the PA storeroom is clean and thatchemicals and tools are prepared well.

    确保PA仓库干净整洁, 清洁用品和工具充足

     

  15. Discipline staff when necessary

    约束员工遵守纪律

     

  16. Assist with the preparation of associate dutyrosters

    协助准备员工排班表

     

  17. Assist with associate training and development

    协助进行员工的培训和发展

     

  18. Provide ongoing advice and support toassociate under your supervision

    给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持

     

  19. Supervise associate performance

    对员工的工作表现进行指导

     

  20. Provide one to one instruction to associatemembers when required

    必要时对员工进行个别面对面指导

     

  21. Deliver high quality service to guests

    提供高品质的对客服务

     

  22. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests aremet

    确保客人需求与合理的要求被满足

     

  23. Seek opportunities to continually improveguest service, by reporting guest comments

    通过汇总客人的意见,寻找机会不断发展对客服务

     

  24. Take appropriate action to resolve guestcomplaints

    采取合适的行动解决客人投诉

     

  25. Promote the hotel, products and services

    促销酒店的产品与服务

     

  26. Maintain a high level of product and serviceknowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests

    维持对产品和服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务和设施

     

  27. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergencypolicies and procedures

    坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况

     

  28. Log security incidents and accidents inaccordance with hotel requirements

    依照酒店要求记录安全日志和事故记录

     

  29. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintainedin your work area

    保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁

     

  30. Carry out other tasks as directed by yoursupervisors

    完成你上级交待的其它任务

     

  31. Prepare raining day and typhoon day workingschedule

    制订雨天和台风期间工作程序

     

  32. Prepare PA daily and weekly and monthlycleaning schedule. Sent schedule to Executive Housekeeper to approve.

    制订PA区域的定期清洁保养计划,并上报行政管家审批

     

  33. Check PA handover book.

    检查PA主管的交接工作

     

  34. Hand over all important information in PAshift leader hand over book, and hand over to next shift leader.

下班前将重要信息写在公共区域主管交接本上,并与下一班的主管做好交接
