Training and
Development
Energize JW
Marriott Standards and ensure department implementation.Arrange the
training session for the Sales Team.Conduct Rap session
with Sales Team at least once every quarter.To assist Director
of Marketing to set SMART GoalsTo assist Director
of Marketing to set up clear guidelines and expectation for each associates to
follow up on the progress.Ensure that all
sales associates are conducting business according to The Marriott set
guidelines.
Marketing
Identify market needs
and trendsMonitor and analyse
selected competitors’ sales promotions, activities and tactics.To provide constant
feedback by means of reports to improve the product and refine the services of
the department and the entire hotel.
Coordination with
other departmentsResponsible in day to day liaison with other
departments for smooth operations procedures in Sales.
Prepare periodic
reportsParticipate in the preparation of monthly
report and other reports according to business needs.

To be a leader and
create a strong professional relationship among the members of the Sales Team.Ensure that all
associates are properly dressed in uniform or business attire and the general
appearance are according to the hotel standard.To ensure that all
associates provide courteous and professional service at all times to clients
and other hotel employees.Make certain that
all associates are conducting business according to The Marriott guidelines and
local law.In charge of the
overall conduct of the Sales team such as telephone handling, punctuality,
compliance to the hotel rules, regulations and LSOP.To maintain an
efficient filing system following the set guidelines.
