1. General
1) Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for F&B advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
2) Helps with the publication of hotel’s newsletter(s).
3) Represents the department in the absence of the Director of Communications
4) Supports communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.
5) Assists in the liaison and execution of joint F&B promotions.
6) Assists in developing F&B promotional materials in support of the F&B Marketing Calendar and dining programs
7) Ensures the Hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.
8) Plan and work out social media content, including wechat, redbook, weibo and douyin etc.2. Public Relations
1) Assists andsupervises the maintenance of a comprehensive list of International/ local andF&B media contacts. Manages assigned accounts as per the media accountmanagement system.
2) Assists in thewriting and distribution of all press releases, with an emphasis on F&B.
3) Manages theexecution of hotel F&B sponsored events and community relations activities.
4) Manages theexecution of F&B press promotional activities.
5) Ensures the newsclipping report is completed on a monthly basis for circulation.
3.Advertising, Direct& Electronic Marketing
1)Supports theliaison between the communications department and advertising agency on thefood & beverage tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.
2)Manages themaintenance of F&B media schedules as well as prompt settlement ofaccounts.
3)Actively keepsabreast of competition and its collateral and advertising/ marketing efforts.
4)Assists DOC onF&B advertising and related matters
5)Manages theexecution of F&B DM activities.
6)Assists with theplanning, implementation and tracking of Electronic Marketing activitiesrelated to the Hotel and F&B.
4. Collateral
1) Manages the coordination and execution of all Hotel and F&B printed materials.
2) Controls quantity and inventory of all Hotel and F&B marketing collateral items.
3) Ensures copies of hotel's collateral items are filed in a comprehensive manner.
4) Assists in the production of all Hotel and F&B displays and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
