Attend regular quality conference calls.

Communicate the quality issues with other departments.

Communicate with corporate and other JW properties to share best practices.

Be a quality ambassador of JW Marriott Beijing.

Ensure all quality information are documented, summarized and communicated.
确保所有的质量信息被准确记录,总结和交流
Document and communicate all quality information with other departments, including information from Gallup Individual GIA, IDR, Individual Guest Satisfaction Scores, Meeting Planner Satisfaction Scores, Post-con Reports, Email Surveys, etc. GSS reports from MQA website.
记录和沟通质量信息与其他部门,包括盖洛普提供的GIA,IDR,会议组织者满意度报告等。JW万豪客人的满意度报告等相关的质量数据。
Ensure Gallup Comprehensive Reports are downloaded and saved timely and accurately On 20th of each month. Ensure GSS reports are downloaded and saved every Friday and communicate with all managers.
在每个月二十号下载并保存及时准确地盖洛普报告,在每周五下载并保存GSS报告并及时和其他经理分享。
Write Monthly Top Three Individual Guest Defects and communicate with all department heads in a timely manner
记录并分享月度发生频率最高的问题,及时和部门采取行动解决
Conduct quality survey through e-mail, phone call or conversation with hotel guests.
进行质量调查,通过电子邮件,电话或与客人交谈
Track and analyze key quality drivers and communicate the interpretation to other departments
