岗位职责：
This role is within the Hosting Services department of HRS, providing maintenance and support on all Hosting services infrastructure. Ensuring at all times that the company’s process and control measures are adhered to. 
职位属于 HRS 的托管服务部门内，为所有托管服务基础架构提供维护和支持。 确保遵守公司的流程和控制措施。

1. Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
    定义和记录有关应用程序部署和基础架构维护的最佳实践和策略
2. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale in accordance with best practice and company policy
    根据最佳实践和公司政策确保应用程序性能、正常运行时间和规模
3. Ensure industry best practices is applied with regard to ( Operating Systems, Security, Database recovery ,etc.)
    确保在（操作系统、安全性、数据库恢复等）方面应用行业最佳实践
4. Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security
    根据公司安全政策和云安全最佳实践，确保数据存储和处理功能的有效运行
5. Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
    与工程和开发团队合作，评估和确定最佳云解决方案
6. Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
    教育团队实施新的基于云的计划，并根据需要提供相关培训
7. Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
    识别、分析和解决基础架构漏洞和应用程序部署问题
8. Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements
    定期审查现有系统并提出改进建议
9. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
    对事件进行故障排除，确定根本原因，修复和记录问题，并实施预防措施
10. Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the view to solve issues before they affect business productivity
    运用出色的解决问题的技能，以期在问题影响业务生产力之前解决问题
11. Provide daily/Weekly/Monthly systems health status and incident reporting
    提供每日/每周/每月系统健康状况和事件报告
12. Ensure adherence to company security policies
    确保遵守公司的安全政策

岗位要求：
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
    计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业
2. Potential candidates with limited experiences are also welcome to apply
    有相关工作经验者
3. Able to communicate in English and Chinese due to frequent interactions with English and Chinese speaking clients
   需要经常与中外客户沟通，熟练使用英语和汉语
4. Experience with major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud
    熟悉AWS、谷歌云、Azure、阿里巴巴云、华为云、腾讯云等主要公共云平台
5. Experience with Kubernetes and managed Kubernetes environments on Cloud platforms
    在云平台上使用Kubernetes和管理Kubernetes环境的经验
6. Experience with automated deployment and orchestration tools. E.g.Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Mesos, OpenStack etc
    有使用自动化和编制工具的经验。例如Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Mesos, OpenStack等
7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. E.g. GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins
    有CI/CD经验。例如GitHub / GitLab,Jenkins
8. Experience with open-source software like Nginx, Redis, Elasticsearch etc.
    有使用Nginx, Redis, Elasticsearch等开源软件的经验
9. Experience writing scripts using Python and/or Bash etc.
    有使用Python和/或Bash编写脚本的经验
10. Experience with web technologies like CDN, SSL/TLS etc
    有CDN, SSL/TLS等网络技术经验
11. Understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, IP addressing, routing, switching, load balancing and firewalls etc.
    了解网络概念，如TCP/IP, IP地址，路由，交换，负载平衡和防火墙等
12. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
    较强的分析和故障排除能力
13. Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels
