Job Summary 职位概览
Reporting directly to the Hotel Owner, you will be the core leader of the hotel, responsible for the overall strategic planning, operation management and business development of the hotel. You will strictly follow the owner’s strategic objectives and SLH brand standards, integrate all resources of the hotel, lead the entire team to achieve high-quality operation, excellent service quality and long-term sustainable profitability, and maintain the hotel’s brand image and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities 岗位职责
Formulate and implement the hotel’s long-term development strategy, annual business plan and operational objectives, monitor the implementation progress, adjust strategies and plans in a timely manner according to market changes and owner requirements, and ensure the achievement of overall business goals.
制定并执行酒店长期发展战略、年度经营计划及运营目标，监控实施进度，根据市场变化及业主要求及时调整战略与计划，确保整体经营目标达成。
Oversee the overall operation of all departments of the hotel (including operation, marketing, finance, human resources, etc.), ensure that all departments operate efficiently and collaboratively, and strictly abide by SLH brand global standards and hotel operational regulations.
统筹酒店各部门（含运营、市场、财务、人力等）整体运营，确保各部门高效协同运转，严格遵守SLH品牌全球标准及酒店运营规范。
Lead, train, evaluate and motivate the senior management team (including operation director, marketing director, financial director, etc.), build a high-performance, cohesive core team, and cultivate a corporate culture that conforms to the hotel’s values and brand concepts.
领导、培训、考核并激励高级管理团队（含运营总监、市场总监、财务总监等），打造高绩效、高凝聚力的核心团队，培育契合酒店价值观及品牌理念的企业文化。
Act as the top liaison between the Hotel Owner, SLH brand headquarters, external partners (suppliers, cooperative units, government departments, etc.) and important guests, coordinate interests of all parties, maintain good cooperative relations, and safeguard the hotel’s brand reputation and interests.
担任业主、SLH品牌总部、外部合作方（供应商、合作单位、政府部门等）及重要宾客的首要联络人，协调各方利益，维护良好合作关系，保障酒店品牌声誉及权益。
Monitor the hotel’s financial performance, cost control and revenue management, analyze operational data and market trends, put forward optimization suggestions, and ensure the hotel’s long-term profitability and healthy financial operation.
监控酒店财务表现、成本控制及收益管理，分析运营数据及市场动态，提出优化建议，确保酒店长期盈利及财务健康运营。
Oversee the overall guest experience management, handle major guest complaints, critical incidents and emergency responses, ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
统筹宾客体验管理，处理重大宾客投诉、关键突发事件及应急响应，确保宾客需求得到满足并超越期待，维持高水平的宾客满意度及忠诚度。
Formulate and improve the hotel’s management system and operational standards, promote the optimization of operational processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliant and standardized operation of the hotel.
制定并完善酒店管理制度及运营标准，推动运营流程优化，提升运营效率，确保酒店合规、规范化运营。
Job Requirements 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields; master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotels, with at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in luxury hotels.
酒店管理、工商管理、经济学等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先。具备8-10年奢华酒店逐级晋升的管理经验，其中至少5年担任奢华酒店总经理或副总经理职务。
Proven track record of successfully leading a luxury hotel to achieve business goals, with profound insights into hotel strategic planning, operation management, financial control and brand building. Familiar with SLH brand standards is a plus.
拥有成功带领奢华酒店达成经营目标的实绩，对酒店战略规划、运营管理、财务管控及品牌建设有深刻见解，熟悉SLH品牌标准者优先。
Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to communicate efficiently with international stakeholders, SLH brand headquarters, foreign guests and senior management teams; Mandarin is essential.
英语流利（听说读写），可与国际利益相关方、SLH品牌总部、外籍宾客及高级管理团队高效沟通；母语为中文。
Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership and decision-making ability, with strong overall planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. High emotional intelligence, strong pressure resistance, and ability to adapt to the dynamic and complex hotel operation environment.
