JOB SCOPE工作范围

Responsible for prospecting and generating sales leads for the Hotel from assigned accounts of market segment / territory to support and enhance the sales effort to achieve hotel revenue plans and targets.

在指定范围内开展并建立市场销售导向,以完成销售指标。


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES义务及职责

1. Prospect and generate leads from suspect and prospect accounts within assigned territory for potential business.

在指定业务范围内规划并发展与客户的良好关系,开发客户的合作潜能。

 

2. Under the guidance of the Assistant Sales Director, effectively handle key accounts to maintain and develop the room nights.

在销售副总监的指导下,负责酒店重要客户,保持并提高其房夜数。

 

3. Act on and respond to all enquiries and requests for proposals within 24 hrs.

对所有客户要求在24小时内予以回复

 

4. Achieve sales plan through direct sales solicitation, telephone, fax, telex and entertaining, and qualify leads on potential business.

通过直接的客户拜访,电话销售,传真销售或客户宴请等方式完成销售计划. 并且有效回应商务信息, 积极开发潜在的商务客户.


5. Establish and cultivate a rapport with key personnel of existing major accounts. And establish and maintain files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.

建立并且培养融洽的客户关系,同时建立并且更新客户档案.

 

6. Coordinates with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Housekeeping and other related department to ensure the highest level of customer service for our accounts.

为了提供给客户最佳服务,加强与前厅、餐饮、客房及其它部门的合作和沟通.

 

7. Maintains an up-to-date record of all sales activities and account profiles within the sales management system.

负责在销售管理系统中及时更新工作进程以及客户档案.

 

8. Submits the following reports on a weekly basis, a summary of sales activities, forward sales plans, competitive and market intelligence and any other report as may be required.

每周上交以下报表:销售报告,销售计划,竞争酒店信息,市场动向和其它报表。

 

9. Participates actively at assigned trade shows, sales blitz and sales trip to gain exposure for the hotel and secure sales leads.

参加会展,“扫楼”和异地销售等活动,以扩大销售范围

 

10. Attends weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Sales Manager or his/her Assistant.

参加每周由销售总监或其助理主持的会议

 

11. Keep management advised on customer attitudes and reactions towards the hotel.

作好酒店与客户之间的沟通桥梁,及时反应客户对酒店的意见,同时及时反馈酒店给予客户的答复.

 

12. Ensure the grooming and punctuation standard are well guided and monitored.

确保合适,正确的仪容仪表.

 

13. Maintains professional business confidentiality.

对潜在客户和潜在商务开发的信息要保密.

14. Implement and maintain credit policies with hotel Account Department.

严格执行酒店财务部制定的信贷流程及制度.

 

15. Performs all duties and responsibility in a timely and efficient manner.

对所有的职责保持有时效的工作态度.

 

16. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be required.

完成其它委派的任务

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS职位要求

 1. A degree in College and above or business administration related discipline

大专以上教育程度或相关专业毕业

 

2. Personable, aggressive and assertive.

工作积极主动

 

3. Strong oral and written communication skills

良好的书写和口头交流技巧

 

4. At least 2 years experience in international hotel sales, strong sense of responsibility and integrity

至少2 年国际酒店经验

 

5. Fluent in English, Putonghua or one other language.

英文及普通或其它一门语言话流利
