主要职责 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 负责客房循环检修工作和公共区域、餐厅装饰设施的巡检维修。

Responsible for circular maintenance work in guestrooms and circular maintenance of restaurant decoration and establishment.

2. 负责对酒店所有木器家俱的维修、保养及墙壁、金属构架的油漆翻新。

Responsible to maintain all woodwork and furniture, as well as paint and retread walls and metal frameworks.

3.负责对酒店墙纸、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修。

Responsible to decorate and maintain wallpaper, ceiling, glass and various decorations.

4. 发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题及时请示汇报。

Make reparation as soon as problems are discovered. Repair quickly when receive work cards. Ask for instruction and make reports when serious problems pop up.

5. 为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。

Make and install prop for all kinds of events held by hotel.

6. 按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。

Overhaul guestroom and public area base on plan; list guestroom in sequence according to damage degree.

7. 完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房；监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。

Finish comprehensive task, such as inspect VIP room; monitor heavy repair work in guestroom, restaurant, lobby, etc.

8. 提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。

Provide information about current state of guestroom equipment and public area; bring forward remedy advice.

9. 认真学习和掌握酒店工程维修的各种知识和多种维修技能。

Seriously learn and grasp all kinds of knowledge and skills in engineering maintenance.

10. 合理领用零配件和原材料，严格按规定使用零配件，注意节约原材料。

Pull down spare parts and materials reasonably, strictly obey rules to use spare parts and pay attention to save the material.

11. 严格遵守操作规程，妥善保养、保管和正确使用各种机器和工具，发现问题及时解决。

Strictly follow operation procedures; properly maintain, preserve and use each kind of machines and tools; solve problems as soon as they are discovered.

12.接受和完成值班室的运行调度和日常维修工作指令。

Accept and finish dispatch in on-duty room and daily maintenance work order.

13. 设施发生故障后服从上级主管调动，积极进行抢修，紧急故障未处理完毕，人手紧缺时不得下班。

Follow director’s manoeuvre and repair right away when equipment malfunctions. Never be off-duty when shorthanded and emergency malfunction isn’t solved.

14. 积极主动配合各工种准确无误地实施完成派工单，并认真检查完成情况。

Coordinate various professions to finish work cards actively, seriously check their accomplishment.

15. 积极完成上级主管交办的其他工作事项。

Finish other work from director actively.
