协助会员管理系统、会籍推广计划、会员营销活动及拓展合作伙伴,以及管理在酒店层面的会员发展及运营培训工作,提高会员管理系统运营效率,协助酒店集团的战略发展。
工作职责
1,支持绿地酒店集团客户忠诚计划的发展,并协助市场推广及会员目标的达成。
2,制定会员体系的培训计划与培训资料,制定操作指引,确保酒店有制度可依,同时深入各酒店培训、监督、督促酒店落实执行会员章程,确保会员制度的落地执行。
3,根据酒店实际情况,及时完善会员章程,协助酒店做好各项服务接待工作的标准流程,定期检查团队与酒店员工的会员报告。
4,负责积分商城搭建与积分活动的策划,完成积分数据核对,协助总部财务部完成积分结算工作。
5,负责400客服中心的人员培训和日常事务的处理,跟进客户关系维护,及时妥善处理客户投诉。
6,通过对外推广、鼓励入会和加入其它合作伙伴组织来积极拓展会员体系,进行市场调研,对有效的营销活动和会员服务进行开发和管理。
7,基于会员数据进行分析,增强会员的生命周期和活跃程度,促进客人的潜在消费。
