岗位职责：

1、根据部门目标，负责规划制定会员直销渠道的整体运营方案及策略;

2、策划制定丰富多样的渠道活动，包括但不限于传统节假日、电商购物节等；，制定活动主题，；

3、负责集团与各酒店的沟通，确保活动各项促销促活活动的顺利执行；

4、负责指导、培训、督导酒店完成各项活动及日常活动的产品制定、活动策划等；

5、分析各项数据，不断进行产品优化，提升活动影响力，提升会员转化率及复购率；

6、负责完成会员直销渠道的月季、季度、年度销售任务;

7、制定并完善运营团队的工作流程、执行规范等基础制度，并落地实施。

岗位要求：

1、有强烈的事业心和责任感，对工作有激情、执着、敬业，思维清晰活跃；

2、具有良好的团队协作精神，良好的协调、沟通和把握全局的能力；

3、思维敏锐，极富创新精神，环境适应能力强，抗压能力强；

4、了解直客通、向蜜鸟、支付宝小程序等运营方式，有微信公众号运营经验的有先；

5、熟练运用office办公软件，熟悉PPT的制作及Excel数据整理分析。
