职位描述

岗位职责:

1、根据部门目标,负责规划制定会员直销渠道的整体运营方案及策略;

2、策划制定丰富多样的渠道活动,包括但不限于传统节假日、电商购物节等;,制定活动主题,;

3、负责集团与各酒店的沟通,确保活动各项促销促活活动的顺利执行;

4、负责指导、培训、督导酒店完成各项活动及日常活动的产品制定、活动策划等;

5、 分析各项数据,不断进行产品优化,提升活动影响力,提升会员转化率及复购率;

6、 负责完成会员直销渠道的月季、季度、年度销售任务;

7、 制定并完善运营团队的工作流程、执行规范等基础制度,并落地实施。

 

岗位要求:

 1、有强烈的事业心和责任感,对工作有激情、执着、敬业,思维清晰活跃;

2、具有良好的团队协作精神,良好的协调、沟通和把握全局的能力;

3、思维敏锐,极富创新精神,环境适应能力强,抗压能力强;

4、了解直客通、向蜜鸟、支付宝小程序等运营方式,有微信公众号运营经验的有先;

5、熟练运用office办公软件,熟悉PPT的制作及Excel数据整理分析。
