岗位职责:
1. 根据每季新菜单,协助主厨进行餐酒搭配及果汁搭配研发;Assist Chef with wine pairing & juice pairing basing on seasonal menu.
2. 负责所有酒水及饮品类的开餐筹备;Responsible for all beverages related preparation before service.
3. 协助主厨在酒水方面优化成本;Assist Chef with cost control among beverages.
4. 负责与酒水供应商及时订货并跟进请款及核账开票事宜;Responsible for ordering beverages with vendor and follow up with payment & other logistic matters.
5. 对前厅员工进行酒水知识培训;Provide professional beverage training for front-house staff.
6. 应用系统对每日到货及销货进行及时统计;In charge of daily beverage inventory tracking in system.
7. 负责酒水类每月盘点并及时提供相应数据;Responsible for monthly beverage inventory and provide related data in time.
8. 开餐服务期间向客人提供所需酒水建议;Provide related beverage suggestions for guests.
9. 开餐前筹备;Preparing Dinning Room for Evening Service.
10. 为客人提供高标准的服务;Provide high standard service for guests.
岗位要求:
1. 至少2年以上高级西餐厅侍酒经验;At least 2 years of sommelier experiences in fine dining restaurant.
2. 具有丰富的品酒及侍酒知识;Excellent knowledge of tasting and serving wine.
3. 具有WSET3以上专业侍酒师资格证;Have WSET3 above professional sommelier certification.
4. 会简单英语沟通;Ability to communicate in English.
5. 形象较好,具备较好的修养及沟通能力;Good personal image, good self-cultivation and communication skills;
6. 热爱高级西餐及葡萄酒,并熟知餐配酒概念;Great passion for fine dining and good knowlege about wine pairing concept.
