岗位职责
1、开餐前做好全面的卫生工作,认真做好自己所负责区域的卫生工作,保证提供优雅干净的卫生环境;
2、服从领班安排,按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作;
3、准时参加班前会,熟知领班宣布的每日客人预订情况,重要团体、宴会等各种信息,以及酒店部门的有关精神;
4、上班时要集中精力,保持规范的站立姿抛,不准交头接耳,凑在一起聊;
5、爱护设备物品,做好保养维护工作,尤其是每月的计划卫生保养工作天;
6、保证开餐结束后的整洁卫生,达到下一次的开餐要求,总之做好收尾工作;
7、待领班检查完毕后并征得领班同意可下班;
8、积极参加酒店及部门举办的各种培训,不断提高自身服务技能和技巧以及综合素质;
9、自学遵守酒店及部门规定的各项制度;
10、完成领班交办的其他工作。
岗位要求
基本素质:对工作有责任心。
自然条件:身体健康。
文化程度:初中以上文化程序。
工作经验:1年以上酒店工作经验。
特殊要求:工作细心、耐心。
