岗位职责
1.确保遵循酒店的政策方针和品牌标准。
2.确保所有员工遵守酒店仪容仪表和个人卫生标准。
3.确保正确解释酒店的服务标准和酒店政策给员工并且让员工正确的执行。
4.提供良好的工作氛围和建立和谐的团队，增加团队的士气和工作效率。
5.进行全体员工的培训和评估他们的能力。
6.和酒店各部门建立有效的沟通和友善的工作关系。
7.提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改变。
8.确保宾客得到满意的餐饮产品和良好的服务。
9.为客人提供优质的服务，发展良好的宾客关系，满足宾客特殊需求，处理各类宾客投诉。

2.3年相关的工作经验，有政府接待工作经验者优先。
3.良好的管理技能。
4.积极主动和精力充沛。
5.领导才干，和团队有良好的沟通。

7.具有社会活动能力、组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力；善于调动部门人员的积极性。

Job responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with the hotel's policies and brand standards.
2. Ensure that all staff adhere to hotel grooming and personal hygiene standards.
3. Ensure that the hotel's service standards and hotel policies are correctly interpreted to employees and implemented correctly.
4. Provide a good working atmosphere and build a harmonious team, increase the morale and work efficiency of the team.
5. Conduct training and evaluate the abilities of all employees.
6. Establish effective communication and friendly working relationship with all departments of the hotel.
7. Be aware of the lack of service standards in advance and make development plans in time to track and implement changes.
8. Ensure that guests receive satisfactory catering products and good service.
9. Provide customers with quality services, develop good guest relationships, meet the special needs of guests, and handle all kinds of guest complaints.
Job requirements
1. Comprehensive VIP reception knowledge.
2.3 years of relevant work experience, government reception work experience is preferred.
3. Good management skills.
4. Be proactive and energetic.
5. Leadership skills, good communication with the team.
6. Neat and clean grooming.
7. Have social activity ability, organizational leadership work ability and practical work ability; Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of department personnel.
