As a Service Leader - Engineering, we rely on you to:
作为酒店消防主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Assist the Safety Manager in carrying out the hotel's fire safety management program, implementing all fire safety policies and management requirements, and ensuring the effective operation of the hotel's fire safety system.
2. Be responsible for the daily operation, inspection, maintenance, servicing, and fault reporting of the hotel's fire protection systems and related fire safety equipment, ensuring that all fire protection facilities are maintained in good working condition. Conduct regular inspections of fire systems, promptly address any abnormalities, and report issues as required.
3. Assist in developing, improving, and implementing the hotel's fire safety management policies, emergency response plans, and related operating procedures, ensuring compliance with national laws, regulations, and hotel standards.
4. Organize and conduct fire safety inspections and hazard identification activities, follow up on corrective actions for identified issues, and minimize fire safety risks.
5. Organize and deliver fire safety training programs for employees to enhance their fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. Conduct regular fire drills to ensure employees are familiar with fire emergency procedures.
6. Be responsible for the organization, updating, and maintenance of fire safety records, equipment maintenance logs, and other related fire safety documentation.
7. Complete other fire safety management duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.
1.协助安全经理开展酒店消防安全管理工作，落实各项消防安全制度和管理要求，确保酒店消防安全工作的有效运行。
2.负责酒店消防系统及相关消防设施设备的日常运行管理、巡检、维护保养及故障报修工作，确保各类消防设施设备处于良好运行状态；定期检查消防系统运行情况，发现异常及时处理并上报。
3.协助制定、完善并执行酒店消防安全管理制度、消防应急预案及相关操作流程，确保符合国家法律法规及酒店管理要求。
4.组织开展消防安全检查和隐患排查工作，对发现的问题及时跟进整改，降低消防安全风险。
5.组织并实施员工消防安全培训，提高员工消防安全意识及应急处置能力；定期开展消防演练，确保员工熟悉消防应急程序。
6.负责消防安全档案、设备维保记录及相关消防管理资料的整理、更新和归档工作。
7.完成上级安排的其他消防安全管理相关工作。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1. Possess relevant experience in fire safety management or maintenance of fire facilities and equipment, and those with experience in fire management in hotels, commercial complexes or large properties will be given priority.
2. Be familiar with fire-related laws and regulations and the basic principles and operation procedures of fire facilities and equipment, and possess the ability to identify fire safety hazards and handle basic emergency situations.
3. Have a passion for the hotel service industry, be diligent and responsible, and be able to endure hardships. Have a strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness and execution ability.
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness, and be able to effectively promote the implementation of fire safety work.
5. Those holding a fire facility operator certificate or other related fire qualification certificates will be given priority.
1.具备消防安全管理或消防设施设备维护相关工作经验，有酒店、商业综合体或大型物业消防管理经验者优先。
2.熟悉消防法律法规及消防设施设备的基本原理和操作流程，具备消防安全隐患识别及基础应急处置能力。
3.热爱酒店服务行业，工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，具备较强的责任心、安全意识和执行力。
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及服务意识，能够有效推动消防安全工作的落实。
5.持有消防设施操作员证书或其他相关消防资质证书者优先。
