岗位描述：
Job Description:
1. 负责通过直播（主要在抖音、小红书、视频号等平台）的形式，全方位展示酒店的产品与服务（如客房、餐饮、婚宴等），提升酒店品牌线上曝光度与知名度，有效吸引粉丝，并直接或间接促进客房预订、套餐销售及其他产品的业绩增长。
1. Responsible for comprehensively showcasing the hotel's products and services (such as accommodation, dining, and wedding banquets) through live streaming (primarily on platforms including Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Moments), thereby enhancing the hotel brand's online visibility and recognition. This role aims to effectively attract followers and directly or indirectly drive growth in room bookings, package sales, and other product revenues.
2. 根据酒店营销节点（节假日、店庆、新套餐上线等）及市场需求，独立或协同团队策划直播主题、内容脚本及优惠方案。
2. Independently or collaboratively with the team, devise live streaming themes, content scripts and promotional schemes based on key hotel marketing events (such as public holidays, anniversary celebrations, new package launches) and market demand.
3. 完成直播前的预热视频拍摄、文案撰写、宣传物料准备等所有准备工作。
3. Complete all preparatory work prior to the live broadcast, including filming promotional videos, drafting scripts, and preparing promotional materials.
4. 担任主播角色，以专业、亲切、有感染力的形象出镜，流畅生动地讲解酒店产品，有效引导观众互动与购买。
4. Serve as the host, presenting a professional, approachable and engaging on-screen presence. Deliver fluent and vivid explanations of hotel offerings while effectively guiding audience interaction and purchases.
5. 熟练操作直播设备（手机、相机、声卡、灯光等），确保直播画面清晰、音质良好、流程顺畅。
5. Proficiently operate live streaming equipment (mobile phones, cameras, sound cards, lighting, etc.) to ensure clear video quality, good audio, and a smooth broadcast process.
6. 直播结束后，及时跟进订单情况，协助处理售后问题。
6. Following the conclusion of the live stream, promptly follow up on order status and assist with after-sales issues.

岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
1.  大专及以上学历，播音主持、市场营销、传媒、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
1. College diploma or higher qualification, with preference given to graduates in Broadcasting and Hosting, Marketing, Media Studies, Tourism Management or related disciplines.
2. 1年以上直播带货或秀场直播经验，有酒店、旅游、美食类直播经验者尤佳。
2. Minimum one year's experience in live-streaming sales or entertainment broadcasts; candidates with background in hotel, tourism or culinary live-streaming particularly favoured.
3. 形象气质佳，镜头感好，有亲和力。语言表达流畅清晰，逻辑性强，具备较强的互动能力和现场把控力。
3. Well-presented with natural on-camera presence and approachable demeanour. Fluent and articulate verbal communication with strong logical reasoning; demonstrates excellent audience engagement skills and on-stage command.
