岗位职责

1. 根据市场销售部经理的指示和部门销售预算，制定具体的销售策略与计划，并认真加以实施。
2. 协助部门经理进行市场分析与预测，根据不同客源市场制订不同的销售方针与政策，并加以落实。
3. 自身掌握一定数量的客户，并有能力开拓新市场、开发新客户；负责对潜在客户进行促销访问，与老客户保持良好关系，完成部门下达的经营预算指标。
4. 经授权代表酒店与客户签订各类合同或协议，并与其他部门沟通协作，保证合同的顺利实施。
5. 负责处理商务市场客户的电话、传真、信函、邮件等。
6. 负责酒店内各种优惠卡或各项产品的销售工作。
7. 处理长包房、商务散客、会议客人等销售中的日常事务性工作。
8. 完成部门经理布置的其他工作。

任职资格
1. 大专及以上学历，学习营销专业或经过营销专业培训，5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上四、五星级酒店销售经理岗位工作经验。有国际连锁酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
2. 责任心强，有较强的敬业精神，具有出色的沟通能力和协调能力。
3. 热爱酒店服务行业，有积极的工作进取心及良好的团队协作意识。
4. 思维清晰，表达、沟通、理解能力强，勇于接受挑战，擅于开拓市场，有良好的销售技巧和销售经验，能够承受一定的销售压力。
5. 熟练使用办公自动化软件及网络。
