岗位职责：

1、在整个工作过程中，始终保持高度的客户服务意识。

2、确保餐厅政策和程序与品牌标准相符并得到贯彻和执行。

3、根据员工需求制定和实施相关培训计划并对他们的学习情况做出评估。

4、和厨房保持及时有效沟通。

5、严格执行员工仪容仪表规范。

6、问候客人，解决客人提出的各种意见及问题，随时保持销售意识以增加收入。

7、保持并不断拓展与客人的良好关系。

8、能在餐饮经理不在时执行经理职责。

9、丰富的食品饮料服务知识。

10、有灵巧的处理对客关系的技巧。

岗位要求：
1、两年以上同岗位工作经验。
2、精通中餐的业务知识，熟练掌握中餐的技能技巧。
3、具有较强的社会活动能力、组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力。
