1.Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards.
监督所有招聘和聘用程序符合当地和公司政策和标准。
2.In charge of interviewing and hiring JG 1-2 associates
主要负责酒店1-2级员工的面试及招聘工作。  
3.Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.  
向员工宣传关于雇佣关系、员工活动、人事政策和程序。
4.Transact the associates’ entry and exit procedure. 
办理员工入职、离职手续。
5.Responsible for preparing contracts for associates. 
负责员工的合同签订，续签、变更。
6.To ensure that all documentation is completed accurately for all new hire employees.
确保所有新入职员工的资料齐全。
7.To ensure that all personnel files and records are complete, accurate and current.
确保所有人事档案及记录完整、准确及更新。
8.Updated personnel action in Personnel management system including promotion, demotion, completed probation, salary adjustment, etc.                                                                          负责人事管理系统的人事变动，包括升职、降职、完成试用期、薪金变动等。
9.Check and verify associates’ benefits ( reimbursement, complimentary accommodation)  
准确无误地审核员工福利（报销、免费住房）
10.Conduct exit interviews for JG 1-2 and provide feedback on reasons for turnover. 
执行1-2级员工离职面谈并提供员工离职原因的反馈。
11.To maintain employee trace files and follow up the associate performance review before the end of probationary period. 
跟进员工档案管理，在员工试用期结束前，跟进绩效评估流程。
12.To keep records of the personnel activities required at month end submitting operational reports on time.
做好月度人事变动记录，并按时递交运营报告。
13.To assist in maintaining and updating training records. 
协助保持及更新培训记录。
14.To assist with updating all staff notice boards. 
协助更新员工信息栏。
15.Assist to organize staff activities.
协助组织员工活动。
