职位描述

1.Ensures that new associates and trainees are properly inducted into the hotel by scheduling and conducting orientation.  

通过计划和入职培训,确保新员工和实习生在酒店内得到正确引导

2.Ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and recorded for all training activities.

确保所有培训活动的全部文件正确、完整地记录

3.Monitors the progress of new hire associates ensuring they receive sufficient training to pass probation and taking corrective action where necessary.

监督新聘用员工的进展情况,确保他们受到足够的培训通过试用,必要时采取纠正措施

4.Monitors the progress of all associates on specific training and development programs, assessing their  progress and providing frequent opportunities for feedback     

监督所有员工在制定培训和拓展计划中的进展情况,评估他们的进展,经常收集反馈

5.Documents and presents Training program results on a monthly basis.

每月纪录并公布培训课程结果

6.Follows up with Department Heads on the preparation and execution of monthly training plans.

与部门经理一起跟踪月度培训计划的准备和执行情况

7.Schedules and conducts hotel training programs as directed by HR Manager.

按照部门经理指示对酒店培训项目制定计划并授课

8.Development of training programs, objectives and schedules. 

发展培训课程、目的和计划

9.Assists HR Manager with the preparation, monitoring and controlling of the training budget. 

协助人力资源经理准备、监督和控制培训预算

10.Assists HR Manager to monitor and control the use of hotel training facilities and equipment.

协助人力资源经理监督和控制酒店培训设施和设备的使用

11.Assists HR Manager to ensure that said facilities are suitably equipped; makes recommendations for improvements and upgrades, as dictated by the needs of the hotel.

协助人力资源经理确保上述设施合理装配,按照酒店需求对改进和升级提供建议

12.Keeps abreast with innovations and developments of training techniques and methods.

保持对培训技术和方法的创新与发展

13.Conducts core training programs in the hotels 

讲授酒店核心培训课程

14.Coordinate with departmental trainers on the departmental training.

协助部门培训者做好部门培训工作

15.To keep records of the training required at month end submitting operational reports on time.

做好月度培训记录,并按时递交运营报告

16.To assist in maintaining and updating training records. 

协助保持及更新培训记录

17.Assist to organize staff activities.

协助组织员工活动
