岗位职责
1.Check the daily work of each area and report to the department manager every day.
1.每天检查各区域日常工作并向部门经理汇报。
2. Check the work plan drawn up by the regional supervisors.
2.检查各区域主管制订的工作计划。3.If necessary, you can make suggestions to the department manager and apply for related personnel and equipment issues.
3. 如需要可向部门经理提出建议,就有关人员及设备问题提出申请。
4.Grasp the guest's situation and room status, spot check guest rooms, check VIP rooms, visit long-term residents from time to time, and visit sick guests.
4.掌握住客情况和房态,抽查客房,检查VIP房间,不定期拜访长住客,探访生病宾客。
5.Check the hygiene of all public areas and ensure that they are clean and working properly.
5.检查所有公共区域的卫生,并保证干净和工作正常。
6.Responsible for keeping all rentable houses in their best condition at all times.

7.Accept the extra work assigned by the department manager, and organize the department head to conduct a sanitary inspection and make a record of the inspection.

8.Supervise the inventory work of the floor and guest room center; coordinate the laundry room to do the inventory work of the linen.
8.监督楼面和客房中心的盘点工作;协调洗衣房做好布草的盘点工作。
