Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
l  Align working practices and conduct with “hotel name” Hotel and Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests.                                                 
l  Motivate and train all reservation associates to attain the highest standard of excellence in service, attitude match brand standard 
l  Work closely with the Reservation Manager and Revenue manager to control rooms and achieve the maximum hotel revenue.
l  Review competitors pricing and status through GDS/ Internet other reports

l  Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers on current and future occupancy rates
l  Sell the hotel and other products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
l   
l   Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell service and facilities to guest.
l  Ensure correct and relevant information to the operating departments so that customer’s expectations are satisfied.
l  Handle and follows up allotments, waiting lists and customer deposits.
l  Handle inquires and carries out bookings for Central Reservation in accordance with hotel routine.
l  On a “when available” basis, assists course / conference
