（此岗位为栖湖饭店招聘）
1.协助市场销售总监制订和发展关于会议宴会的市场销售战略及促销计划；
2.协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广；
3.根据酒店营收管理，发展酒店销售策略。确保销售策略被充分理解并贯彻执行。根据销售目标积极监测员工业绩并提供建设性的反馈；
4.确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标；
5.与客户谈判，确保满足客人的需要，同时又能够实现酒店的利润；
6.与客户保持有效的适当地交流，同时表现出专业的形象及工作方式；
7.对酒店产品及服务要有高度了解，以便更好地向客人推销酒店的服务及设施；
8.根据酒店的目标和方向，制订合适的行政及沟通规定及程序；
9.拜访有潜力的客户，发展并保持与客户合作的关系；
10.完成上级交给的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1.具备良好的听、说、读、写能力并理解工作中的主要语言；
2.对酒店及相应施设具有专业知识；
3.具有公司，旅游中介公司及宴会销售知识；
4.在责任范围内掌握领导才能和所有工作任务的知识；
5.掌握并具有互联网及其它主要电脑软件方面的知识和经验；
5.对本地市场及国际市场有基本的了解。
