1）研究公共政策，制定与公司业务相匹配的发展策略，维护公共关系；负责品牌设计、开拓、建设与管理，打造竞争力品牌。
2）开展市场调研分析，制定营销策略，包括营销目标、推广计划等，做好年度营销费用预算；策划制作市场传媒对外广告，监管广告质量并开展市场评估；管理公司线上营销渠道，如社交媒体账号、电子商城的运营维护，开展线上营销推广活动；管理合作伙伴和渠道供应商，推进资源及客户数据库共享、信息发送、积分互换等业务合作。
3）与业务部门紧密合作，做好年度、季度和月度的销售活动计划；参与编制、调整产品及服务价格体系，监督业务部门执行情况；管理收益，提出产品/服务改进建议；组织营销推广，对接传媒推出优惠活动；分析运营数据，评估策略有效性，指导后续活动策划。
4）建立并维护客户信息库，提升客户满意度；维护与客户、渠道伙伴的合作关系，建立客户档案。
5）统筹资产运维，保障资产正常运作；协调资源，保障活动顺利开展。
6）完善合同管理程序，评估风险并提出预防措施；制定合同范本，协助业务部门合同的起草与谈判；审核合同文本，监控重点合同，建立审查评估机制。
