职位概述What You’ll Do 

 落实所有市场销售部及销售部相关的宴会销售政策及程序，坚持公司的政策及程序。
To implement all Sales & Marketing and Events Management related Policies & Procedures specific to Event sales and adhere to Company Policies & Procedures. 

协助市场总监发展、落实、监管及评估Lounge的目标、策略及活动，以便开发宴会客户，促使预期收益目标能够达到并超越。
To assist the Director of Marketing to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate objectives, strategies and activities in the Lounge, so as to solicit, develop and service catering accounts, thereby achieving and exceeding forecasted revenue figures. 

 主要职责How You’ll Do It 

 •年度市场策略，计划管理。根据酒廊业务需求，提出每月促销建议
Manage the yearly marketing strategy, planning. Suggest monthly promotion based on Lounge business needs.
•	与SEAL市场总监紧密合作，制定休息厅的市场策略，确保信息与全球接轨
Work closely with SEAL Marketing Director on the marketing strategy for the Lounge and make sure the message is cohesive with Global for Shanghai market 
•	协助SEAL市场总监进行中国区的品牌营销管理
Assist with SEAL Marketing Director on the brand marketing management for the China market 
•	配合各种营销渠道推广和各类流行趋势的社交媒体平台运行
In tune with the various marketing channels and social media trending platforms
 •	与不同的产品管理(FOH和BOH)团队紧密合作，实施休息区的市场策略
Work closely with the different product management (FOH & BOH) team on implementation of marketing strategy for Lounge. 
•	领导不同的团队制定策略，推广和活动，利用相关类型的媒体，硬和软品牌，和营销渠道
Lead the various teams in creating strategies, promotions, and events, utilizing relevant types of media, hard and soft branding, and marketing channels. 
•	协调传统媒体和社交媒体，确保传播的信息是有凝聚力的，及时的，并符合品牌的战略和形象
Coordinate traditional media and social media, making sure the messages spread across are cohesive, current and in line with the strategy and image of the brands. 
•	监控向市场呈现的品牌信息的质量和准确性
Monitor the quality and accuracy of brand messages presented to the market, inclusive but not exclusive to all relevant collateral. 
•	确保本人亲自参加Lounge部分重要的宣传活动
Personally, lead and be present during specific high-profile PR events. 
 •	与团队紧密合作，保持营销计划的凝聚力和迅速执行力
Work closely with teams to maintain the cohesiveness and prompt execution of the marketing plans. 
•	监督本年度营销计划的损益及各项实施计划
Monitor the P&L of the marketing plan for the year as well as each implemented plan.
 •	监控每个执行计划的事后分析信息
Monitor post-mortem information of each executed plan. 
•	每周抽查教练的表现，包括比赛设施的维护和清洁
Weekly spot check on coach performance, including game facility maintenance and cleaning. 
•	收集客人数据库，学习客人资料，改善酒廊业务，增加酒廊的团体活动
Collect guest database, learning guest reference to improve Lounge business and increase group events in the Lounge. 
 •	参加每周的管理层会议，分享市场方面的信息和飞机
Attend weekly management meeting and share information and plans from marketing side. 
 •	负责活动BEO的提交，并与服务和厨房协调，确保活动顺利进行
In charge of event BEO submission and coordinate with service and kitchen to ensure each event went smoothly and successfully.

 教育程度
Education:	本科学历及以上Bachelor degree or equivalent 
相关工作经验 
Related Work Experience:	5年相关或餐饮相关经验 5 years related/FB experience
 管理经验
Supervisory Experience:	2 年相关经验 2 years related experience 
特定证书及专业技能
Professional Knowledge:	不指定N/A 
语言能力
Language Skill:	优秀的英文说写能力
Excellent written and spoken English.
