职位概述What You’ll Do 
按照年度市场销售计划管理销售工作和活动，完成并超越Lounge的预算和销售战略目标;担任会议策划人的主要联络人，确保满足活动组织者的所有要求，为游戏、会议和餐饮服务体验等打造最佳实践方案，为客户提供一站式服务。
To manage
sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan
and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for Lounge. Serve as the key
contact for the event Planner.  Ensure
all requirements of the group are met. 
Create and provide best practices for Game Service, convention services
and Food and Beverage departments at Lounge by Topgolf;

1.Business Development
& Administration

·      
监督竞争对手的活动并协助监察市场动态。
Monitors
competitors’ activities and assists in marketing intelligence. 
·      
根据在销售策略中既定目标，向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售，并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。
·      
Sells to new, existing and prospective customers
considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for
the benefit of the business.
·      
销售Lounge by 拓高乐的所有设施。
Sell all
facets of the Lounge by Topgolf. 
·      
建立和管理客户档案。
Build and Manage
the Database.
·      
设立和保持定期的销售拜访模式，与目标市场的主要决策者会面
Develop and
maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
·      
根据营业需要，与业务联系人、会务策划者、游客和会展局、旅行社、旅游运营商、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门和其它客人发展并保持联系。
Develops
and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention
planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines,
corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied
to Lounge by Topgolf business.

通过参与当地市场的各种活动在当地市场上树立良好形象。
Builds
profile within local marketplace through attendance at various events and local
marketplace.
·      
定期招待客户，并积极邀请重要客户参加组织季度、半年度及年度客户答谢活动
Entertain
clients, and invite key accounts to attend the quarterly, semi-annual and
annual customer appreciation activities.
·      
策划并实施使客人熟悉环境的现场考察活动。
Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site
inspections

及时与运营部门进行沟通。

2.Events
Handling 
活动跟进处理
·      
当处理有活动信息/查询 （价格策略、特殊要求）需要紧密的与预定部合作达到最终的活动确认。
Liaises
closely with reservation team in proposing the best deal when handling leads/
inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to
convert the leads/ inquiries to confirmed events.

准备会议报价/ 会议协议书/ 回应收到会议团队的查询。
Prepares
proposals / contracts for leads / inquiries received from Sales Managers,
·      
从会议的价格商议到会议离店安排跟踪服务。
Follows
through from negotiation until departure for events assigned. 
·      
确认最终的会议细节，试图尽可能“up-selling”
以获得更大的收益。
Liaises
with clients on finalizing details and gives professional advice on set-ups and
planning of events.，practices
up-selling at all opportunities to maximize revenue.
·      
紧密地与各个部门，合作以确保总是提供高质量的服务。
Oversees
the operation of banquet functions and work closely with various departments to
ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
·      
经常查看会议总账目的过账准确性，及时与会议组织人员校正最终的发票。
Regularly
reviews Master A/C postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Reviews
bills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on final
invoice. 
·      
活动结束后的跟进会议及相应的会后跟进程程序，例如传送感谢信和会议反馈表等。
Involves
concerned Sales Manager during post-event meeting and post-event follow up such
as sending Thank you letter & Post-Event Critique forms together.
·      
审核总账目的正确性及寄送发票给会议组织人员，并准备Lounge应收账款。
Verifies
total charges and layout of invoice prepared by Accounts Receivable and sends
out to organizers.
·      
收到客户对会议的反馈后及时进行必要的措施。
Obtains
feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions.
优选资格What We’re Looking For 
1. 教育程度 Education: 
酒店或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等资历 
Bachelor's Degree/higher education qualification 
2. 相关工作经验 Related Work Experience: 
三年以上餐饮销售相关工作经验以及五年及以上餐饮营运经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景 
At least 3 years of relevant F&B sales experience and at least 5 years of F&B operation working experence, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 
3. 管理经验 Supervisory Experience: 
- 熟悉上海餐饮市场； 
Familiar with Shanghai F&B market. 
- 优秀的团队管理能力，组织能力，沟通能力和协调能力； 
Good in leadership, excellent skill in planning, coordination, and communication.
