BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, co-coordinating the activities of all laundry personnel and for ensuring efficient and economical processing of all guest and hotel laundry or dry-cleaning items.
负责计划、指导、控制、协调所有洗衣房和制服房员工的工作，并确保所有客衣和酒店水洗或干洗项目的有效性、节约性。
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. Directs, co-ordinates and participates in the activities of all laundry personnel engaged in such activities as washing, dry-cleaning, pressing, spotting, collecting, delivering and checking guest and hotel laundry and dry-cleaning items.
指导、协调、参与所有洗衣房员工的活动，包括：水洗、干洗、熨烫、局部去渍、收集、投递和检查客人及酒店的水洗和干洗项目。
2. Ensure that all items laundered and dry cleaned within the hotel’s laundry are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition.
确保酒店洗衣房的水洗、干洗工作按照高标准要求完成，并以清洗到最佳状况送还客人或和员工。
3. Organize movement of dirty and clean laundry and of guest valet service.
了解洗衣房的运作和客衣送还服务。
4. Ensure all damaged linen and uniforms are sent to the uniform room for repairs or discarding.
负责将所有损坏的布草和制服送到制服房以便缝补和报损。 
5. Control and record chemical consumption and reorder as required.
根据需求控制和记录化学药剂的消费量和订购。
6. Assist in maintaining records of stock and equipment.
辅助存货和设备的记录。
7. Supervise all employees with the Laundry Department.
监督管理洗衣房所有的员工。
8. Ensure daily production records for linen and uniforms are maintained, adequate supply of their requirements for linen and uniforms.
负责酒店布草和制服的日常清洗记录，确保各部门所需布草和制服的足够供应。
9. Trains personnel according to established procedures; conducts training meetings to discuss problems and future plans, gives information and assignments.
根据已建立的程序做好员工培训；主持培训会议参与讨论问题和进一步的计划，给予信息和安排。
10. Pay attention to the maintenance measures of machinery and equipment and other matters worthy of attention, and then take remedial measures
关注机器设备维护保养措施及其他值得注意的事项，然后采取补救措施。
