遵守并执行由雅高集团或酒店制定的各项规章制度，从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。
在酒店入口和停车场指挥交通，管理停放车辆。
禁止任何车辆停放在酒店出入口，维护车道畅通，禁止车量逆向行驶。
禁止携带易燃、易爆、化学品等危险品车辆进入停车场。
巡视停车场停放车辆有无破损、漏油等现象，做好记录。
注意仪容仪表，展现酒店良好形象。
注意行人安全，维持正门两侧交通畅通，车辆整洁临时停靠。
客人到店或离店时，主动为客人开车门，协助客人提行李，礼貌问好。
劝阻衣冠不整及携带宠物客人进入酒店。
注意进入酒店形迹可疑人员，并同时通知其他岗位加强监视。
认真为客人介绍酒店的设施及营业场所。
认真检查出入物品，外出物品凭有效放行条核对无误后方可放行，并做好登记。
保持打卡室卫生，做好交接班工作，打卡室内外禁止人员吸烟。
严格监督员工打卡，认真核对工牌、无工牌者或工牌不符者不予打卡，必要时收回工牌交主管处理。
员工下班时，保安部人员须仔细检查下班员工所携带的包裹及检查酒店内令人可疑、有可疑行为的员工及其他人等。
需熟悉酒店内部区域及防火通道的分布情况，熟练掌握各种消防设施的使用及报警装置的使用。
巡查时检查各处消防设施是否完好，发现损坏现象应及时向消防中心报告。注意背景音乐音响的效果。
