GuestService Responsibilities工作职责

·         Acts as the guest service rolemodel for the restaurants, set a good example of excellent customer service andcreates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

·         Interacts with guests on aninformal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on productquality and service levels; effectively responds to and handles guest problemsand complaints.

·         Empowers Ass managers to provideexcellent customer service.  Establishesguidelines so associates understand expectations and parameters.  Ensures associates receive on-going trainingto understand guest expectations.

·         Observes service behaviors ofassociates and provides feedback to individuals and or managers; continuouslystrives to improve service performance.

·         Reviews comment cards, Medalliaresults and other data to identify areas of improvement; reviews findings withassociates to develop appropriate correction action, shares plans with F&Band ensures action plan is followed to continuously improve results.

·         Incorporates Medallia as a componentof departmental meetings with a focus on continuous improvement.

·         Improves service by communicatingand assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance,feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

·         Manages day-to-day operations,ensures the quality, standards meets the expectations of the customers on adaily basis.

·         Manages service delivery inoutlets to ensure excellent service from point of entry to departure (e.g.,greeting from hostess, speed of order taking and food and beverage delivery,fulfillment of special requests, collection of payment & invitation toreturn).

Operations业务操作

·         Supervises and managesassociates. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands associate positionswell enough to perform duties in associates' absence.

·         Maintains service and sanitationstandards in vousservice areas.

·         Reviewsstaffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financialobjectives are met. Ensures compliance with all food& beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising,follow-up and hands on management.

·         Manages beverage purchasing andcontrol procedures and ensures staff is trained accordingly.(voyage du vincomply 100%)

·         Works with the Chef and  Managersto develop promotions, food and wine pairings

·         Oversees the booking and managesservice of restaurant parties, special events and room service hospitality

·         Coordinates with the Engineeringdepartment and manages an effective restaurant repair and maintenance program.(SoDetails program)

·         Ensures uniforms are properlyinventoried and maintained.
