4. Create and update the master wine list

创新及更新葡萄酒单。

5. Manage wine by glass program

6. Manage wine in room program

管理客房葡萄酒项目。

7. Update master wine list and wine programs when appropriate

适时更新葡萄酒单及葡萄酒项目。

8. Constantly try to find new interesting wines to enhance the master wine list and wine programs

不断地去寻找新的且有趣的葡萄酒来扩大葡萄酒单和葡萄酒项目。

9. Maintain a good relationship with suppliers, in line with company standards

10. Advise the Manager on discussions with Chefs to produce wine pairings with menus

11. Inspect wine storage room daily and ensure cleanliness and tidiness

12. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time
