ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
2. Greets and announces clients, applicants, and visitors in a welcoming & professional manner. Follows security procedures for recording guests, suppliers, and other visitors. Arranges escorts as needed. Issues visitor passes
3. Maintains neat appearance reception area and other common areas. Requests building and housekeeping services as needed. Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition. Arranges equipment service as needed.
4. Proactively identifies potential risks & issues and works to solve them.
5. Act as a single point of contact, ensuring follow up and close out of any request.
6. Place orders name cards.
7. Realize and speedy response end users’ & customers’ complaints. Report to supervisor immediately if not able to handle.
8. Develops and maintains positive client, team, and vendor relationships.
9. Ensures contractual KPIs and SLAs are maintained.
10. Adheres to “One Team” and “Pro-active service delivery” culture
11. Periodically suggests adaptation of policies and procedures.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
