1、负责传递工作及服务信息，做好与各相应对口部门的沟通协调工作，发挥酒店内部之间的桥梁纽带，高质量、高效率地完成日常工作。
2、协助处理部门内部日常办公事务及考勤工作，传达部门工作指令与文件精神。起草本部门的日常报告和公文函件。
3、配合各管区根据工作不断创新、完善部门规章制度，确保文句畅顺、条文清晰。与各管区共同创新，以达到高效、规范的服务质量。
4、根据酒店条型码管理方法，配合管理部门定期盘查资产情况，掌握部门资产的购置入库及损坏报损的统计。
5、认真核实楼层服务员所上报的客房酒水消耗并及时输入电脑，确保账目清晰、准确，无漏帐、错帐。
6、负责通报和跟进每日维修情况。配合工程部工作，保证客房设施设备、机器设备的正常运作，对无法修复项目，及时汇报上级处理解决。
