1、在电气值班工程师的领导下负责酒店的电气设备维护及班组管理工作。
2、合理安排本专业各项维修工作。
3、认真落实相关的维护计划的实施。
4、熟悉酒店的电气工程图纸，保证在设备故障情况下能组织人员迅速修复设备。
5、严格按照电梯巡回保养周期，制定电梯的周期性保养并按规定内容，督促下属准确记录填写维护检查表。
6、督导检查本班组员工的工作情况，安排各班组领班早、中、晚检查系统配电设备的运行技术情况，做好记录和问题处理。
9、检查下属员工维修保养工作质量与工作效率，发现问题及时采取措施。
10、审阅本班组设备及工作档案、每天的交接班记录本、能耗报表，发现问题及时纠正。
11、遵守国家的相关安全规范，做好安全生产。
12、高效、优质地完成上级下达的各部门大型活动的服务接待工作，应服从大局坚持完成，确保酒店正常营业。
13、完成上级交其它工作事项。
