1、五官端正，能吃苦耐劳，有过酒店工作经历者优先。
2、按分工的区域和程序进行彻底清洁卫生。
3. 工作时注意文明礼貌，服从上司的工作安排，按时上下班。
4. 保管好并节约使用所领用的清洁物品，要爱护酒店财物。
5. 工作中要防止腐蚀清洁品接触皮肤，防地滑和拖垃圾袋时摔倒。
6. 进员工房间做清洁时要敞开门，做完后关门，以防止意外和节约能源。
7. 维护宿舍正常秩序和宁静。
8. 工作中发现可疑情况和需维修的项目要及时报告办公室处理。
9. 做完卫生后，检查房间的电器是否关好，插头有否拔下，排除安全隐患。
10. 完成上司分派的其它的工作任务。
