SPECIFIC DUTIES
主要任务：
1.     Security Operation   
防损操作
l  Lead the associate to complete all the security work during his shift.
积极带领班内员工开展并完成当班期间的一切业务运作。
l  Implement the policy of queuing up, arrange and review work when associates are on and off duty.
执行上、下班列队班前、班后会制度，并认真做好工作安排和点评。
l   The duty supervisor will send the work log to the damage control department for review before 08:30.
当值值班督导在08：30之前将各执勤岗位《工作日志》送至防损部呈交防损部经理审阅。
l  Supervise the operation of each duty post. Find problems and correct it immediately.
督查各执勤岗位的运作，发现问题立即纠正。
l  Inspect the security of each area and fire safety condition. Find problems and correct it immediately.
对酒店各区域的治安和防火情况进行巡查，发现漏洞立即处理和上报。
l  Organize skill training for subordinate to improve their skills.
组织班内员工进行各类业务培训，不断促进业务技能的提高和完善。
l  Assess and review the work performance of his subordinate.
对属下员工的工作表现进行考察和评估。
l  Put forward the processing opinion to department of those who doesn’t obey the rules.
对班内违纪和渎职员工向部门提出处理建议。
l  Keep good working relationship with GSM, Engineering on duty and supervisors of other department.
与GSM、值班工程师及其它部门主管保持友好的业务联系。
l  Deal with complaints (problems) and report it to department in time during his shift.
受理当班期间的各类业务投诉并及时处理，遇重大问题时请示上司处理。
 
l  Supervise associates to keep regular work schedule and tidy dormitory.
督导班内员工规范作息和宿舍内务整理。
l  Communicate and implement every departmental decision.
传达并执行部门的一切工作指令。
l  Keep daily work log and shift-changing work.
做好工作日志记录和交接班工作。
l  Obey the policy, principle and procedure of hotel.
执行酒店的政策、行为准则及程序。
l  Accept the inspection, supervision, management and assessment of his work from his superior.Be responsible for his breach on duty.
接受上司对自身工作的检查、督导、管理和评估。对自身之违纪、失职（渎职）行为负责。
l  Complete all the work assigned by superior.
完成上司交办的其它各项工作指令。

紧急应对
l  The arrival of the meeting is urgent.
接到紧急呼叫后立即到达现场。
l   In an emergency event occurs, the command all the duty security investigators unified action.Ensure compliance with the requirements of the "local emergency management plan".
在紧急事件发生时，指挥所有当值防损调查员统一行动。确保按“本地危急管理预案”的要求进行。
l  And the crisis management team and other departments to coordinate's rescue, evacuation, first aid, search and other activities.Work together with relevant departments to draft the incident report after the incident.和其他部门及危急管理小组协调进行营救、疏散、急救、搜查等活动。事件结束后和相关部门一起起草事件报告。
l  Orderly and orderly.
