JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.管理和指导在岗培训,检查工作程序以便保证工作按时和保质保量的完成。经常回顾和检查已经完成的工作(预防性维护和维修)及时发现不足,以便跟进落实和完成。
To provide supervision and guidance and on the job training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure that it is properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptable quality. Constantly review & inspect completed works (preventive and work request) for any deficiencies that need to be follow up for accuracy and completeness.
2.与当地权威部门,承包商,供应商保持良好关系。熟悉当地有关建筑和工程方面的法规和条例。
To maintain contact and good rapport with the local authorities, contractors, suppliers。And to familiarize self with all local laws, particularly as they pertain to the building, engineering codes & practices.
3.发展和建立申请维修程序和预防维护计划,保证工作得到落实,完成和符合标准。
To implement and maintain the work request program and preventive maintenance program to ensure it is complied, completed and accurate.
4.根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作,努力提高生产力,不断完善工作方法和程序。对工作任务进行估计和分析,根据不同的要求对部门内的运行进行调整和完善或对员工进行相应的培训。Continuously determine opportunities for improving productivity from associates in term of utilization, work methods and performance. To evaluate and analyze the need to make adjustment and modification to the operation as well as any related training.
5.保证员工严格按照设备安全和节约能源的特性进行操作。
To ensure that operational features are performed in accordance with the design intent of the facility with strict regard for safety and energy conservation.
6.与其它部门就工程情况进行沟通,包括其它部门维护和维修需求,工程进展情况的反馈以及维修后的使用情况。
To coordinate and communicate engineering work activities with other departments concerning identification of repair and maintenance problems and requirements, satisfaction with work in progress, and work completed.
7.按照任务的轻重缓急来安排工作的先后顺序,要时刻考虑到将客人的利益和其它前台部门的运作、人力条件和材料是否充足,尽一切努力将饭店会受到的损失降到最小。
To develop work plan prior to the intended execution of work, considering all possible disruption that could cause to the guests and other operating departments, manpower and materials availability, in order to minimize adverse impact to the operation.
8.解决工程问题和对系统缺陷提供建议及解决方案。
To trouble shoot and make recommendation for remedial action for system deficiencies.
职位要求:
QUALIFICATIONS :
1.大专以上学历,5-8年国际知名酒店管理岗位工作经验;
College degree or above, have 5-8 year work experience in international hotels.
2.基本的英文沟通能力;
Basically communication in English.
3.持有工程管理相关专业的执业资格;如:职称等级、技术等级等。
The certificate with emphasis in engineering, within professional qualifications and technician grades.
4.需要有酒店项目工程的工作经验
Working experience in project engineering is required.
