职责概述：在产品发展部总监的领导下，全面负责产品发展部的各项管理与生产经营工作。

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1、Overall responsibility for product development department of planning and construction of the project, the development of related products, organize market information collection and analysis, to develop in line with the hotel culture background and market demand of commodity business direction

全面负责产品发展部部门各项项目的筹备和建设，相关产品的开发，组织好市场信息收集和分析，制定出符合酒店文化背景以及市场需求的商品经营方向；

2、According to the hotel and department immediate and long-term goals, financial budget requirements, commodity sales plan, put forward the basis, according to the market environment, factors such as cost, make and review sales budget, give sales tasks, and organize the implementation

根据酒店及部门近期和远期目标，财务预算要求，提出商品销售计划、依据，根据市场环境，成本等因素，制定和审核销售预算，下达销售任务，并组织贯彻实施；

3、Master sales products in the market, control prices and implementation plan, according to the cost fluctuation situation, market sales, regular adjustment, improve purchasing and sales strategy, to ensure product development, the average profit level

掌握销售产品的市场行情，控制价格实施方案，根据成本波动情况，市场销售情况，定期调整、改进采购和销售策略，保证产品发展部的平均盈利水平;

4、Keep in close contact with customers, clients advice, grasp the customer demand, sales activities, the goods of promotion plan, make "far brand brand effect and related products

与客户保持密切联系，征求客户的意见，掌握客户的需求，组织商品的重要销售活动，宣传推广方案，打造弥远品牌及相关产品的品牌效应:

5、Training team has a good professional knowledge level, higher culture connotation of the team

6、To formulate product development schedule management system, processes, and supervise the implement and implementation

JOB SPECIFICATION任职条件

1. 3years working experience.
